Refund policy

At First Due Outfitters, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
